About the Role

We're hiring Part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort in nearby apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from doorsteps each service night
• Take collected materials to the on-site compactor
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift
• Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors
• No long distance travel, bulk items, or off-site dumping
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Smartphone with data plan for work app
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
• Reliable transportation: Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
• Physical requirements: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk long distances, climb stairs, work around trash, and work outdoors
