Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
  • Engage potential customers to explain product benefits and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Maintain and expand customer base by attending community events to promote Bluepeak services and build brand and service awareness.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Benefits

  • Starting base of $12 to $15 per hour plus $3,000/month commission earning potential at 100% target.
