Part Time Distribution Supply Planner

This is a remote part-time role providing weekend coverage for our Supply Planning team, working Saturday and Sunday from 8am - 4pm CT. Candidates in the Chicagoland area are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory to assure supply, track inbound loads, and resolve critical issues related to supply shortages or late inbound loads.
• Review and action emails as needed for multiple distribution centers.
• Assess critical items to determine if immediate weekend action is required.
• Request distribution center-to-distribution center transfers by identifying inventory issues and evaluating suitable transfer options.
• Resolve product and transportation issues.
• Track purchase orders from supplier to receipt at distribution center; create or modify purchase orders on an exception basis as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience.
