Part-Time Dishwasher- Loverboy

About the Role

Loverboy, a new restaurant concept from the team behind Box St. All Day and No Risk No Magic Hospitality Group, is set to open at Pearl on November 2, 2026. We are seeking a Dishwasher who takes pride in creating a clean environment for our guests and works quickly to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining and kitchen areas
• Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed
• Clean bathrooms
• Retrieve clean trash cans and place them throughout the kitchen with trash bags
• Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing area
• Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils, and machines used during the shift and store them in the proper place
• Clean the dish room to company standards and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift
• Perform any duties specified by the management team
• Always follow company safety policies and guidelines
• Assist prep cooks and bussers by emptying all bus tubs and washing them

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Must display exceptional customer service
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position

Qualifications

Physical requirements include:

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts
