Responsibilities

• Maintaining efficient dining services and positive relationships with residents and visitors
• Assisting in hiring, training, supervising, and retaining dining staff
• Serving residents promptly and courteously following standard meal routines
• Managing dining supplies within budget and sourcing from approved vendors
• Auditing dining areas for quality assurance, safety, sanitation, and satisfaction
• Performing additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in food services
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and build rapport with residents
