About the role

A dependable, friendly, and compassionate Dietary Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming meal service and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
• Assist residents with meals, respond courteously to requests, and collaborate with kitchen and care staff for seamless service.
• Manage dining room setup, clear tables, sanitize surfaces, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Understand the daily menu, including special diets and restrictions, and support meal-related duties.

Requirements

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
