Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following specific dietary guidelines
- Support residents with their dining needs, including assisting with feeding as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that all residents' dietary preferences and restrictions are met
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dietary role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Understanding of food safety guidelines
- Compassionate attitude towards seniors and their unique needs
