Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, storage, and meal service
- Support cooks and dietary staff with meal tasks
- Prepare and serve snacks, salads, and beverages
- Clean kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils
- Follow food production sheets and sanitation guidelines
- Wash dishes and store them properly
- Ensure timely meal service and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- At least 1 year of experience in large-scale food service or kitchen operations preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, energetic, and customer service-focused
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
