Part Time - Dietary Aide and Server

Role: Dietary Aide/Server Responsibilities: Assist with basic meal preparation, portioning, and serving while adhering to dietary guidelines and safe food handling procedures.Set up and clean dining areas, maintaining sanitation standards.Support residents respectfully to promote dignity and independence.Collaborate with a compassionate team to foster community inclusion.Contribute to a warm, mission-driven home environment by supporting adults with developmental disabilities. Qualifications and Skills: Experience or interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.Knowledge of safe food handling and dietary guidelines.Strong interpersonal skills to support residents with dignity and respect.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Commitment to fostering a caring and inclusive environment.
