Part-Time Diet Clerk

Part-time, onsite role with Cura Hospitality, a segment of Elior North America, at St. Gertrude's Health Rehab in Shakopee, MN.

About the role

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Part-Time Diet Clerk to our healthcare team. As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. This position is scheduled 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage nutritional data software
• Input nutritional information
• Address concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field
• Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs
• At least one year’s experience in nutrition or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
