Responsibilities
- Provide dental services to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, using advanced equipment such as digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Support team collaboration through morning huddles, planning, and recognizing team efforts, fostering a positive environment.
- Promote community engagement and uphold a positive company image.
Qualifications & Skills
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program, with valid licensing or eligibility to practice.
- Certifications including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable).
- Strong compassion and desire to care for both children and adults.
Key Duties
- Deliver high-quality dental care using modern tools and software, including DentaPro, digital radiography, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to a collaborative environment, and support community outreach activities.
- Maintain professional development through continuing education and professional memberships.
