Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional dental care
- Perform patient screenings
- Maintain medical histories
- Contribute to patient education and overall oral health maintenance

Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in Indiana
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical documentation
- CPR certification
- Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds
- TB test required prior to employment
