Part-Time Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and perform dental hygiene procedures
• Screen patients and document medical histories
• Support overall dental health maintenance
• Utilize advanced tools like digital x-rays, digital scanners, Velscope, and Diagnodent
• Engage in continuing education and participate in mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including TB testing
• Uphold a safe environment for patients and staff
• Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services and support patient education
• Collaborate with the dental team and maintain clinical excellence with access to mentorship and educational resources
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting or standing

Qualifications & Skills

• Current dental hygienist license in Oklahoma
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Adaptability to learn new technologies and procedures
