About the role

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant to support our providers in a structured, outpatient clinic environment serving senior patients in the Orlando area. This is a stable, team-based role with consistent hours, supportive staff, and a calm, organized workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist chairside for general dentistry procedures
  • Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
  • Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols
  • Support patient comfort, communication, and education
  • Complete basic charting, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability

Requirements

  • 1+ years of chairside Dental Assisting experience preferred
  • Certified/Registered Dental Assistant
  • Active Radiation Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift and transport equipment (25–50 lbs.)
  • Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
  • Professional, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Experience working in a community-based outpatient clinic setting
  • Understanding of senior health needs and care preferences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
