Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is hiring an experienced Part-Time Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic environment in Syracuse, New York. This is an immediate opening offering competitive pay, predictable weekday scheduling, and the opportunity to help provide meaningful dental care to senior populations.

About the Role

Our Dental Assistants work alongside experienced Dentists within established community healthcare facilities. CMC provides the equipment, supplies, scheduling, and operational support needed for the clinical team to focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials
• Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control standards
• Support patient intake, charting, and clinical documentation
• Help patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments
• Coordinate with clinic staff and members of the care team
• Assist with equipment setup and breakdown as needed

Requirements

• Previous Dental Assistant experience is required
• Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures
• Ability to assist chairside during examinations and procedures
• Excellent organizational and patient communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working with senior patients
• New York dental assisting credentials or certifications, if required for assigned duties

Schedule

• Part-time weekday schedule
• No nights
• No weekends

Pay

$30+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
