Part-time Dealer Trade Driver

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle identification numbers and stock numbers match paperwork for each vehicle.
• Verify copies of dealer invoices accompany paperwork for each vehicle.
• Inspect traded vehicles to confirm they are clean and undamaged before leaving the lot; notify GSM or Manager on duty immediately if damage is found.
• Thoroughly inspect newly traded vehicles inside and out before accepting delivery; report any damage (scratches, door dings) to GSM or Desk Manager before they leave the lot.
• Ensure all reference guides, keys, wheel locks, and accessories listed on the vehicle are present and delivered to the appropriate manager when the trade is complete.
• Note and address any missing items such as keys, books, wheel locks, or floor mats.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

This is a part-time, hybrid remote/in-office role.
