Part Time Daycare Worker

About the role

As a Part Time Daycare Worker, you will foster youth development in an after school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrichment activities for elementary school-aged children
• Support the overall program goals and objectives
• Ensure safety and supervision of students during program hours
• Engage in activities that promote academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, with some post-secondary training highly preferred
• Pass a Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Able to work Monday - Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Able to earn CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license or valid ID
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
• Have dependable transportation
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued

Pay

The pay rate for this position is determined based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a non-exempt, part-time position averaging 17-20 hours per week.
