About the role
Retail team member responsible for overseeing pricing, signage, and store displays.
Responsibilities
- Review daily tasks, prepare equipment and supplies, perform maintenance, replenish items, complete pricing updates, validate plan-o-grams, assist with store resets, and manage advertising signs.
- Oversee computer-assisted ordering (CAO) alerts, ensure accurate pricing, install unit price tags, and train team members on CAO processes.
- Conduct daily recaps with management to review store conditions and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Capable of understanding company policies and safety regulations.
- Meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Operate relevant equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Minimum 4-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand 55%, walk 45%, and perform physical tasks as needed.
