Part Time Dairy/Frozen

About the role

Cub Rochester East on 15th Ave. is seeking a part-time dairy and frozen food stocker to join their team. This role involves ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers, while also managing product rotation to maintain freshness.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs aisle stocking and display building
• Sorts dairy/frozen food stock loads
• Aids cashiers with price checks and product replacement
• Assists customers with product location inquiries and suggestions
• Answers department phone calls and follows up appropriately
• Fulfills store and department policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Equipment operation (hand jack, power jack, box cutter, flat bed, compactor, broom, mop)
• Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• Memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
• Customer interaction skills, including good judgment and the ability to respond to verbal or demonstrated instructions
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 16 years old

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, and performing repetitive motions
• Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil
