About the role

Crew Carwash is dedicated to creating smiles and lifetime customers. As a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and welcoming environment for all customers
• Provide excellent customer service by advising and loading vehicles efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness both inside and out
• Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Standing for up to 8+ hours per day
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, jumping, lifting up to 25 pounds, operating electronic devices, and working in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
