Part Time Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Assist with shipment setup and order processing
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
- Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with internal and external partners
- Review and verify data for accuracy; correct discrepancies as needed
- Support documentation and file organization (digital and physical)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Accurate typing skills (approximately 45+ WPM preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
