Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members.
• Log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly clean the entire facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

• $1/hour premium added to any hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
