Your Mission
Will Be To Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding:
- Washing and care instructions for knitwear products
- Sizing and fit information
- Order modifications (size changes, shipping address updates, etc.)
- General FAQs (many of which are managed through response templates)
Ensure SKU alignment between Shopify and the 3PL fulfillment system before each collection drop.
Handling of back-office tasks related to customer orders and inquiries
