Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Order Processing
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, confirmations, and updates
- Cooking with internal departments (production, shipping, and accounting) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handling customer questions related to orders, shipping status, invoices, and product information
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records in our CRM system (ZOHO)
- Office Support
- Aiding the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Managing documentation, filing, and data entry related to customer orders and accounts
- Preparing basic reports related to orders, sales activity, and customer requests
- Supporting special projects and general office needs as they arise
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems or order management systems preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
