Part Time Customer Care Representative (West Coast Preferred)

About the role

The Thrive Customer Care Team helps retailers and merchants navigate the Thrive system through various channels including live chat, email, phone, and video calls. As you gain expertise, you'll contribute to improving the product and supporting the company's growth.

Requirements

• This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours per week, typically 5 hours a day Monday through Friday, with the option to work until 7 PM ET.
• Remote work is available.
• Experience in customer service is helpful, but not required.
• Spanish language skills are a bonus.
• Experience in tech startups is a plus.
• Experience in chat or phone-based customer service is a plus.
• Experience in retail or restaurant operations is a plus.
