About the role
The Thrive Customer Care Team assists retailers and merchants with their inventory management and reporting tools through various communication channels including live chat, email, phone, and video calls. The team aims to provide a seamless experience for customers while fostering a growth-oriented environment where team members can contribute to improving the product.
Requirements
- This position is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week, typically 5 hours per day Monday through Friday, with the option to work until 7 PM ET Monday through Friday.
- The role is fully remote.
- You should have superior communication skills, particularly in writing, and the ability to simplify complex subjects.
- You should understand retail and business operations, ideally having experience in a store, restaurant, or fashion boutique.
- You should be a problem-solver capable of finding creative solutions to issues.
- You should be adept at managing your time and finding ways to streamline processes.
- You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, handling various types of inquiries such as billing, technical, setup, and more.
- You should be able to work collaboratively with the team, respecting differing opinions and working towards common goals.
- You should be willing to adapt to the occasional "grind" and enjoy the excitement of helping business owners achieve their dreams.
- You should be able to identify the root cause of issues and gather necessary context to address them effectively.
- Spanish speaking and/or experience in tech startups are considered a plus.
- You should have experience in chat or phone-based customer service.
- You should have experience in retail or restaurant environments.
Benefits
Work from home compensation is offered at $23-$25/hour based on experience.
