Overview Starting Pay of $15.00/hrMonday through Friday, 7:00 pm – 11:30 pm401kFree Company Products (Monthly voucher currently equal to $100/month value - $1200/year)Company Sponsored Employee Appreciation EventsFirst Pay Review After 6 MonthsClean Indoor Climate Controlled EnvironmentOpportunities to PromoteHealthy Work Life BalanceNo LayoffsSafe/All Natural Product Line Responsibilities Vacuums carpeted floors and floor mats by using an industrial vacuumSweeps, mops and dusts all areas of the building.Ensures that all trash is removed from the building and deposits it into the receptacle.Cleans all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant.Cleans lunchroom by sweeping floors, disinfecting the lunchroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc.Cleans windows inside of the facility.Cleans offices including desks, chairs, carpet and chair mats.Cleans lobby area including the mezzanine and observatory windows.Ensures that the building is “Tour Ready” condition at all times.Performs duties of position in the work area as needed or other tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous cleaning / custodial experience is preferredAttention to detailAbility to work independentlyAbility to lift 50 lbsWalking, stretching, and lifting for the duration of the shiftWritten and verbal communication skillsAbility to climb stairs.Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
