About the role
Join our Radiology Team as a full-time CT/X-ray Tech in a community hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures, including CT and X-ray imaging, in various clinical settings following hospital policies and state guidelines.
- Ensure ethical and professional patient care, demonstrating compassion and sensitivity, especially with apprehensive patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and staff to deliver quality care promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain current licensure and registration with the NYS Department of Health and the ARRT.
- Assist in training for CT if not already experienced.
Qualifications
- Licensed by NYS Department of Health and registered with ARRT.
- Preferred experience in CT; willing to train motivated candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to think quickly and act efficiently in stressful situations.
