Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by answering inquiries, processing orders, and tracking shipments
- Serve customers at the counter, assisting with product selection and sales
- Mix paints and prepare customer orders using standard and custom formulas
- Manage inventory, stock merchandise, and maintain accurate customer records
- Support outside sales team and maintain the color room records
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Afford assistance with inside customer service and handle telephone inquiries as needed
- Properly dispose of waste materials in compliance with regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or counter sales preferred
- Strong customer service skills and team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Tolerance for paint odors
- Willingness to submit to drug screening and meet MVR requirements
