About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers.

Responsibilities

• BUILD A GENUINE CONNECTION WITH CUSTOMERS BY EXCEEDING INDIVIDUAL AND STORE SALES GOALS.
• EARN THE TRUST OF CUSTOMERS THROUGH PASSIONATE COMMUNICATION AND ENGAGEMENT.
• CREATE UNFORGETTABLE SHOPPING MOMENTS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS THROUGH EXCELLENT PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND BRAND LOYALTY.
• CRAFT LOYAL CUSTOMERS BY AUTHENTICALLY ENGAGING AND FOSTERING LASTING CONNECTIONS BEYOND TRANSACTIONS.
• MANTAIN HIGH MERCHANDISING AND RETAIL OPERATIONAL STANDARDS TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND ON-BRAND OPERATION.
• DELIVER ON KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, BECOME FULLY CROSS-TRAINED ACROSS STORE FUNCTIONS, AND SHOW LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL BY MENTORING AND SUPPORTING NEW TEAM MEMBERS.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Show charm and captivate audiences with the ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide identification and work authorization.
• Have a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with preference for a consistent schedule.
• Work up to 12 hours per base week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not exceeding 30 hours per week).

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
