About the role
The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a strong background in high-performance selling environments and a genuine passion for the brand.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with fans by exceeding individual and store sales goals.
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
- Show a sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
- Have the ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
- Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
- A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
- Availability to work up to 12 hours in base weeks, up to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
- Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
