About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a genuine connection with customers and the ability to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with fans and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering lasting connections.
• Engage and inspire fans to style their jewelry, turning them into loyal customers.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
• Be fully cross-trained across store functions and mentor new team members to embody Pandora’s values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule up to 21 hours during peak weeks (not exceeding 30 hours).
• Dependable, especially during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
