Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class experience and exceed sales goals.
- Engage and attract our fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewellery.
- Create an unforgettable shopping moment that builds brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
- Show a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Show the ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule.
- Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
