About the role
The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with fans to exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store operation.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance environment.
- Show a sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
- Show charisma and the ability to captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
- Be at least 18 years old and able to provide identification and employment eligibility documentation.
Qualifications
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with preference for a consistent schedule.
- Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay
$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
A flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with a typical base week of up to 12 hours, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not exceeding 30 hours per week).
