About the role

Pandora @ Rookwood Commons is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Build genuine connections with fans through a genuine and enthusiastic approach.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Show the ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule.
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
