About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers to express their loves through jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers to foster lasting relationships.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
• Be fully cross-trained across store functions and mentor new team members.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold company values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
• A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Pay

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule
