About the role
Pandora @ Ridgedale Center seeks a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Core Staff Associate, you'll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly, sharing product knowledge, and inspiring customers to express their loves through jewelry.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with customers to exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
- Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
- A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
- Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
- Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

$14.60 per hour - $18.25 per hour commensurate with experience.
