Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with fans through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Create memorable shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty.
• Engage fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
• Support new team members and mentor them to embody our company values.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with preference for a consistent schedule.
