The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a genuine connection with customers, sharing product knowledge, and fostering lasting connections.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with fans through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Create unforgettable shopping experiences that exceed expectations.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
- Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
- A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
- Availability for regular scheduled shifts during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
