About the Role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will deliver a world-class experience, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As part of the Core Staff, you’ll ensure reliable support for both our team and our fans with consistent schedules and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Embrace and promote the store culture as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on KPIs, cross-train across store functions, and mentor new team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be at least 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week (up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependability to work peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$18.57 per hour–$20.60 per hour (commensurate with experience).

The North American region encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
