About the Role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As part of the core staff, you’ll ensure reliable support for both the team and customers with consistent schedules and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Embrace and promote the store culture as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping experiences through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Foster lasting customer connections beyond transactions to craft loyal fans.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on KPIs, cross-train across store functions, and mentor new team members.
• Perform all other assigned duties.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be at least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week (up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependability to work peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
