Part Time Core Sales Associate

About the role

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to join our team at Ashland Town Center. This position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience and exceed sales goals
• Engage and attract fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that builds brand loyalty
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation
• Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment
• Show a sense of care in communication, both written and verbal
• Have the ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work

Qualifications

• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to stand for extended periods
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• A consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred
• The availability to work up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week)
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends

$12.00 - $15.00 commensurate with experience
