The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers authentically. This position requires a genuine connection with fans and the ability to build brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store experience.
• Be fully cross-trained across store functions and support new team members.
• Engage with customers at all levels of the organization, demonstrating charisma and the ability to captivate audiences.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passionate about sharing stories and passions through meaningful jewellery.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule.

Pay

$14.10 per hour - $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
