Part Time Core Sales Associate

About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with fans, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Show charisma and the ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide identification and work authorization.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
• A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Availability for regular scheduled shifts during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
