Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience and exceed sales goals.
• Engage and attract fans by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewellery.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Show charm and captivate audiences with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule.
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$17.13 per hour - $20.60 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
