The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers authentically. Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create memorable shopping experiences that foster lasting customer relationships.

• Ensure merchandise is displayed and maintained according to store standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of care in communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide identification and employment eligibility documentation.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule accommodating evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive promptly for work.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for 20-21 hours during peak weeks (up to 30 hours).
• Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$14.60 per hour - $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule accommodating evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
