The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a strong passion for the brand and the ability to build genuine connections with customers.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with customers, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
- Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule.
- Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Pay
$16.90 per hour - $18.25 per hour commensurate with experience.
Schedule
A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
Location
The role is based at The Shops at Mission Viejo, with a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
