Part Time Core Sales Associate

About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry.
• Create memorable shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations.
• Engage and foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling skills with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Have the ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Have a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time.
• A consistent schedule, with at least 20 hours per week preferred, and availability for up to 21 hours during peak weeks (not exceeding 30 hours per week).
