The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create unforgettable shopping experiences by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Engage and foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically interacting with them.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
• Be fully cross-trained across store functions and mentor new team members.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), embrace leadership potential, and support the team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with preference for a consistent schedule.
• Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
