About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a genuine connection with customers and the ability to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
• Be fully cross-trained across store functions and mentor new team members, embodying Pandora’s values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
• A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Pay

$16.45 per hour - $20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with a typical base week of up to 12 hours, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
